Please note: if you are submitting an abstract/presentation  on behalf of the main presenting author, please ensure you complete all details required in this portal as if you were that person eg: their contact details, biography and photograph.  Please add your email address in the cc. field to ensure you are copied in on all correspondence relating to the submission.

Before you start the submissions process via this portal, a photograph (JPG or PNG maximum file size 500kb) and biography (limited to 200 words) of the main presenting author will be required, as well as the completed abstract/presentation document.
