Terry has worked as a weeds professional in various roles across the public and private sectors since 2009. This includes many years as Biosecurity and Environmental Operations Advisor at Maitland City Council. Over the past year, Terry has been working as a consultant to local and state government organisations, delivering projects with a weeds management focus. An environmental operations manager with planning and practical experience, Jordan is a publishing invasive species ecologist who holds positions on both the Hunter Regions Weed, and Pest Animal Committee’s. Jordan graduated from a Bachelor of Environmental Science with distinction before going on to complete a Grad Cert in Plant Biosecurity, and is currently completing his masters in Ecological Restoration. Jordan has extensive knowledge in pesticide regulations and other legislative compliance, has experience in all aspects of biodiversity offset management, and is a qualified and experience environmental burn practitioner. Jordan holds a dip in Weed & Pest Management, a dip in Conservation & Land Management, a level 5 AQF pesticide handler, 1080 & Pindone licenced, and is a qualified pest controller.
