Synopsis

This workshop explores Multisystemic Therapy (MST)β€”an evidence-based model that partners with families and communities to support young people at risk. MST aims to prevent out-of-home care, incarceration, and school exclusion by helping young people thrive in their natural environments. Practitioners from across Australia will share practical examples of how MST is used to address issues such as substance misuse, poor school attendance, and negative peer relationships, while strengthening collaboration with community supports.
