Biography
Fiona Waites is the lead TCI portfolio manager for TACT – providing support to organisations, schools, leaders and trainers of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention in Australia and New Zealand. With experience in child protection, homeless youth shelters, youth organisations and learning & development, plus study within psychology, community services and governance through to outdoor based education, her focus has always been on equipping and empowering others. Fiona is focused on providing practical tools alongside theoretical understanding to increase on-the-floor application.

Stephanie Dye is a Behavioral Support Consultant with the Muskegon Area ISD and a Licensed Master's-level Social Worker. A certified Professional Level TCI Trainer, she has supported TCIS implementation across 14+ districts and trained over 46 educators. With 14 years of experience, she specializes in behavior support, Mindfulness, and working with at-risk youth.

Ngawai Love (Te Ati Awa/Tainui) is Manager of Therapeutic Care Policy and Practice at the Department of Communities, Western Australia. With over 15 years of frontline and leadership experience, she is committed to improving outcomes for young people affected by trauma. A TCI Associate Trainer, Ngawai brings deep expertise in trauma-informed care, service development, and system reform, and has led initiatives to mentor new trainers and embed quality therapeutic practice.

With over two decades in the out-of-home care and community sector, Cassandra has dedicated the last ten years to driving excellence in learning and development. As a TCI Trainer and Instructor, along with CARE Educator, Cassandra leads the implementation of CARE and TCI systems, shaping policy and practice with a national perspective. Cassandra’s passion lies in fostering a vibrant TCI and CARE community, connecting trainers and harnessing their collective wisdom.

Biography
Peter has worked in Residential OOHC in NSW since 2006 in a range of roles direct work to District Manager and is currently a Learning and Development Specialist at MacKillop Family Services. Peter brings a particular focus on staff development in the residential care and Intensive Therapeutic Care services. Peter has been a TCI trainer since 2019, delivering regular four-day trainings, refreshers as well as new trainer selection, coaching and development.

Biography
Craig Bailey, B.S., is an Instructor Trainer with the Residential Child Care Project (RCCP) at Cornell University. In his role as a consultant with the RCCP Mr. Bailey facilitates Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Training of Trainers as well as recertification courses for TCI trainers. Mr. Bailey has trained TCI trainers across the United States and Canada and is passionate about preparing trainers to facilitate transformational learning experiences at their organizations that will prepare caregivers to prevent, respond to, and promote learning from crises.
