Biography
Yu Hsu is a PhD student at National Chi Nan University, Taiwan, and CEO of Liang-Shean Tang Social Welfare Foundation, overseeing child and youth services, including Chen Chou Child & Youth Center and Boys’ Home. She also chairs the Taiwan Residential Child Care Association (TRCCA), representing 38 member organizations, advocating for child welfare and residential care services across Taiwan.
