Biography
Claire joined the Centre for Community Child Health in 2010, and has extensive research and evaluation project experience. Claire’s skills include program evaluation, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, project management and stakeholder engagement. She has led a variety of formative and summative evaluation projects, typically applying mixed methods. Claire currently manages two evaluations commissioned by Kids First Australia: the Early Years Education Program Kindergarten Model Evaluation and the Early Help Family Services Model Evaluation.

Biography
Joanne is the Early Years Practice Lead at Kids First Australia, a child and family services provider and early education specialist with a legacy of more than 125 years of community impact.
In this role, Joanne oversees the delivery and fidelity of Kids First’s Early Years Education Program – Kindergarten Model, a relational, trauma-informed model of education and care.
An advocate for children’s wellbeing, Joanne’s experience has focused on supporting vulnerable families across education and family services settings. Joanne is passionate about early intervention, trauma informed care and evidence-informed practice.
