Biography
Monique Hillenaar has been working for Deakin University for the past 2 years. She has a background working in local government and community health, both of which were located in her current research location with Deakin. She has experience in health promotion/ prevention work, project management and implementation, and strategic document development. She is now contributing to health promotion research and is primarily responsible for project managing the Reflexive Evidence and Systems interventions to Prevent Obesity and Non-communicable Disease (RESPOND) trial, addressing children's health in North-East Victoria, Australia.

Biography
Dr Jill Whelan is Principal Project Officer in the Early Years Partnership in the Department of Communities, Western Australia. Jill has a background in academia, non-government organisations, private enterprise, and education. Her primary research and practice interest is in the application of Implementation Science concepts to the real-world implementation of community co-designed solutions to complex problems, attempting to answer the research question: How and why does system change occur?
