Biography
Dr Sharmin is a researcher specializing in public health, clinical epidemiology, and medical Statistics. She has expertise in cohort study, cross-sectional study, case series, mixed-methods, and systematic review and meta-analysis. Her research focuses on child-parent psychotherapy, family violence, adolescent health, health service utilization, epidemiology of substance use, children health, mental health, and maternal health. Her research findings have been published in reputable, high-impact peer-reviewed journals and showcased at numerous national and international scientific conferences. Her current projects center around trauma-informed therapeutic family violence program and the implementation of child-parent psychotherapy in community services.
