Michelle is a mixed methods researcher using implementation science to maximise the successful design and delivery of health services and initiatives. Michelle's health sector experience spans public, private, and not-for-profit organisations in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. This includes roles across management consulting, government and academia. Michelle is particularly interested in elevating the voices of under-supported communities in the design and delivery of health services to address structural inequalities.
