Developing multilevel implementation strategies to advance the value of care in Australian public hospitals
Biography
Zephanie is a Senior Research Fellow in Implementation Science at the Australian Centre for Health Services Innovation (AusHSI), Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia and a registered occupational therapist who worked clinically in burn care for almost 15 years. At AusHSI she leads a team of three implementation scientists. Her research focuses on developing and translating evidence-informed models of care into practice, including as chief investigator of MRFF and NHMRC funded grants to evaluate the implementation of mental health and cardiovascular models of care.
