Jessica is the Executive Director of FACSIAR, the insights, analysis and research branch within the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. Jessica has led the evaluation of state wide programs and services in the areas of child welfare, homelessness and social housing and is currently supporting the implementation of a whole of government investment approach to human services in NSW, using linked data and comparative evaluation methods to determine what works to improve outcomes for people who need support in NSW. This work aims to provide critical evidence to optimise investment in prevention and early intervention in Australia.
