Lisa has worked in leadership roles for 30 years with diverse, complex NGOs, the public sector, and community-based organisations delivering evidence-based services to the community. Currently the Chief Executive Officer at OzChild, under her leadership the organisation has undergone significant changes introducing evidence-based leadership, and programs and expanding its operations nationally. Lisa is a strong advocate for using ‘multiple sources of evidence, that demonstrate what works’ for children, young people, and families facing vulnerabilities, leading the introduction of multiple evidence-based models across several jurisdictions. Lisa calls for continued focus and investment in early intervention. Lisa is passionate about Evidence-Based Leadership.
