Rubin Yong is a research assistant at the Department of Ophthalmology, National University of Singapore. His current research interest are 1) develop novel medical technologies for eye disease screening and monitoring, 2) commercialize novel medical devices and 3) evaluate the cost-effectiveness, scalability and implementation of a community-based eye care model.
