Biography
Nicole is an early career resarcher currently based at the Research Centre for Generational Health and Ageing, and the School of Nursing and Midwifery, at the University of Newcastle. She has worked at the interface research, policy and practice in perinatal and maternal mental health for 15 years.

Leanda Verrier is currently the State Coordinator Perinatal & Infant Mental Health Program within the Women’s Health, Genetics and Mental Health Directorate of Women and Newborn Health Service.
With a strong background in child and community health nursing, Leanda worked in the policy/service development area with Child and Adolescent Community Health for five years before moving to Women and Newborn Health Service in 2008 to focus on perinatal and infant mental health. Her clinical work experience includes rural and remote communities in the Kimberley and Goldfield regions, as well as metropolitan areas.
Leanda has completed a Master of Science (Nursing) by research at Curtin University, Midwifery in the United Kingdom and Child Health Certificate in Perth.

Biography
Nicole is a Research Fellow at the UON School of Nursing and Midwifery and Research Centre for Generational Health and Ageing (RCGHA), and has worked at the interface of research, policy and practice in perinatal mental health for over 10 years.
