Led by eminent pharmacist academic, Professor Andrew McLachlan from the University of Sydney, a revamped and enhanced session for academics, researchers and forward practitioners to present research on collaborative models of care, such as pharmacists in aged care, general practice, primary care, aboriginal health services among others. The session provides a great opportunity to see what cutting edge and innovative practice looks like in the future.
