- Fields marked with an asterisk* indicate required information.
- Member Rate: You will need your receipt number from your membership payment/renewal receipt (bottom left under receipt #). Please have this with you before proceeding with your registration.
- Group Registration: If registering multiple attendees indicate the number of people you are registering in the group size box. All contact details and any special requirements (e.g.: dietary requirements) are required prior to starting registrations, as there is no option to save a draft and complete later.
- Payment: by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD only) is required on registration.
- If you are completing this form on behalf of an individual/group, but not attending the conference yourself, please tick the ‘I am not attending’ box in addition to selecting ‘individual’ or ‘group’ registration.
