CENTRE FOR BEHAVIOURAL AND IMPLEMENTATION SCIENCE INTERVENTIONS (BISI) Established in 2021, the Centre for Behavioural and Implementation Science Interventions at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine aims to improve population health and well-being by accelerating the implementation of evidence in public policy and practice through the use of behavioural and implementation science. Comprising of research, policy and practice experts, BISI works closely with policy makers, organisational leaders, practitioners and providers to carry out research and evaluation on the development of innovative, effective and sustainable behavioural and organisational strategies that support implementation of healthcare policies and programmes, striving to deliver better patient- and system-level outcomes. |
EIS 2023 SINGAPORE SYMPOSIUM Jointly hosted by Centre for Behavioural & Implementation Science Interventions at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Centre for Evidence and Implementation and Monash University, the inaugural Summit "Implementing Evidence For Real World Impact In Health: EIS 2023 Singapore Symposium" brings together policy makers, practitioners, academics and organisation leaders to share advances and debate how well implemented and high-quality evidence can change lives for the better. The EIS SG Symposium is a special Singapore extension of the Evidence and Implementation Summit. 9-11 October, a global gathering focused on intersections between research, policy and practice. Closing out the Summit week, the Singapore Symposium will feature local and international keynote speakers, along with plenary sessions, roundtable discussions and Q&A opportunities. |
