Professor Wee Joo Chng is Vice President (Biomedical Sciences Research) in the Office of the Deputy President (Research and Technology), National University of Singapore, where he is concurrently Vice Dean of Research at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, as well as Senior Principal Investigator at the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore. Presently the Yong Loo Lin Professor in Medical Oncology, he has been a Senior Consultant at the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore for over two decades and is currently Group Director of Research at the National University Health System. 

 Professor Chng has produced highly translational research that has helped to personalise treatment and improve patient outcomes. His impactful research has won him numerous national and global accolades.
