Should you require a letter of invitation in order to apply for a visa to enter Australia, you will be asked to detail your passport particulars in this registration form.  Once you have submitted and paid for your registration, you will receive the letter of invitation by email. If the visa is not granted by the Australian Immigration Office, then you can request a refund for your registration fees paid.  Please refer to our cancellation policy which is detailed on the summary page of this form and on the conference website www.eisummit.org

If you registered a group,  you will receive a copy of the invoice and payment receipt, and will be copied in on the individual registration confirmations which will be sent directly to the attendees in your group.
