After studying Health and Medical Pyschology at the Leiden University, Leiden, the Netherlands, Myrthe van Schothorst is now a third year PhD Candidate. Her research focuses on the effectiveness and implementation of a lifestyle focused approach in treatment for people with (severe) mental illness. She works at the scientific research department at GGz Centraal, the Netherlands and is affiliated with the Maastricht University in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
