Lisa Marie Jackson has worked in emergency management for the past 14 years and has been working for EMV since 2014 in the areas of continuous improvement, intelligence, risk and analytics and is currently the Director of Operational Reform. Lisa is an avid learner and has completed a Master of Emergency Management and Master of Intelligence Analysis through Charles Sturt University. Lisa completed a Master's thesis on lessons management and this has been used to inform the Victorian emergency management sectors approach to lessons management, which is now viewed domestically and internationally as best practice.
