Dr Victoria Flanagan is a senior policy adviser at Uniting, where her work focuses on children and young people's rights and participation in service delivery contexts. She has worked previously as Senior Adviser to the National Children's Commissioner and also for the NSW Department of Education.

Biography
Lou Limoges has worked across a diverse range of human services in both the Government and the NFP sector for the last 25 years. With a background in Education, Disability and Psychology, Lou has worked at Uniting for the past decade in practice leadership positions. As the current Head of Practice for the Communities Directorate, Lou leads a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts from a variety of disciplines focused on program design, knowledge translation and practice development. Lou is passionate about ensuring the optimum conditions exist within organisations to support the delivery of quality practice.
