Biography
Dr Windle is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at ARIIA (Aged Care Research, Industry and Innovation Australia) at Flinders University. Her research focusses on implementation in the aged care sector and development of resources and capacity.
Alice has qualitative research experience and is passionate about primary health care, aged care, evidence-informed health policy-making, social determinants of health and health equity.
Alice has previous experience in primary health care organisations, in after hours primary care, quality use of medicines, health workforce support and aged care, as well as conducting primary health care needs assessment research.
