Eleanor Williams is a public policy, research and evaluation professional with over 15 years’ experience working with the public sector. Eleanor is currently Acting CEO of the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing. She is also undertaking PhD research on evidence use in fast-paced policy contexts with supervisors at the University of Queensland and University College London.
