Biography
Jeroen Deenik is a health psychologist, epidemiologist and psychomotor therapist. In line with his PhD research (May 2019), he focuses on lifestyle behaviours and the implementation of lifestyle interventions in people with mental illness, at the edge of scientific research and routine mental healthcare. Jeroen works as a researcher and programme leader ‘lifestyle’ at the psychiatric hospital of GGz Centraal, where he is also head of the research line 'psychotic disorders' and has set up a research group on lifestyle. He is an assistant professor at the School for Mental Health & Neuroscience at Maastricht University.

Biography
Natascha den Bleijker is a PhD student with a background in psychology. In her research, she focuses on the effectiveness of a multidisciplinary lifestyle intervention for inpatiens with mental illness in real-world settings. By simultaneously investigating both the effectiveness and implementation of this lifestyle intervention, we gain insight into how we can improve healthcare for individuals in daily clinical practice. With a strong passion for improving people's well-being, Natascha's work aims to bridge the gap between research and practice, ultimately contributing to the improve daily clinical care and the health and quality of life of people with mental illness.

Biography
After studying Health and Medical Pyschology at the Leiden University, Leiden, the Netherlands, Myrthe van Schothorst is now a third year PhD Candidate. Her research focuses on the effectiveness and implementation of a lifestyle focused approach in treatment for people with (severe) mental illness. She works at the scientific research department at GGz Centraal, the Netherlands and is affiliated with the Maastricht University in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
