Ishani is the Portfolio Lead for the South Auckland Social Wellbeing Board, a cross-sector Place Based Initiative (PBI) in South Auckland focused on learning from prototypes to drive system change and to inform insights for equity, taking an early years and prevention perspective. With a background in Public Health, Ishani has worked across the government and non-government sector for over 10 years to improve community health and wellbeing through a variety of roles spanning the development, implementation and commissioning of prevention, early intervention and child-focused initiatives. Ishani has a deep commitment and passion for the communities of South Auckland.
