Henry Pharo is the Director of the Early Intervention Research Directorate within the Department of Human Services, South Australia. Henry is a clinical psychologist with a strong interest in evidence-based practice and informing public policy. Henry is leading the EIRD to develop an evidence-base for the delivery of early intervention services to some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children and families in South Australia. This work is incredibly important to address the entrenched disadvantage that exists in society. There is a strong sense of privilege and responsibility across the whole EIRD team to be leading this important project.
