I am a Senior Lecturer at CQUniversity’s Appleton Institute. I have 10 years’ experience of conducting sleep research in collaboration with shiftwork industries (e.g., Victoria Police, Royal Children’s Hospital) with the mission of creating a healthier and safer shiftwork workforce. Therefore, my research not only contributes to the generation of new knowledge and has tangible outcomes for shiftwork communities but has real public health relevance for thousands of people. I was awarded my PhD from Deakin University (2016) and have over 90 publications and more than $2.5 million in research funding.
