David Taylor is a Research Fellow and PhD Candidate in the Department of Social Work at Monash University. A economist and quantitative researcher with a background in public policy consulting, he has over spent over a decade developing and synthesising evidence on the effectiveness and implementation of complex interventions in social welfare.
