Miss Chong Hwee Min, MA (Applied Psychology), is a Principal Educational Psychologist at the Department of Child Development, KKH Singapore, and is part of the ECHO Framework Technical Assistance Team. She works closely with a multi-disciplinary team supporting preschoolers with moderate to severe developmental needs. Prior to ECHO, she was part of the Development Support/Learning Support (DS/LS) consultancy team supporting early identification and intervention for preschoolers with mild developmental needs in preschools. She believes strongly in supporting preschoolers with varying developmental needs in the community through collaboration with others to facilitate their active participation and holistic development.
