Dr Nikola Balvin is a social/organisational psychologist whose career has focused on using evidence to improve the health and well-being of people around the world. She has over 20 years’ experience in research, evaluation and knowledge translation, spanning a variety of workplaces including academia, Australian Government, the private sector and the United Nations. Nikola is currently Assistant Director of Research and Engagement in the Mental Health and Research team at Comcare, where she collaborates on research and translates evidence to address pressing issues in work health and safety and workers’ compensation, with a strong focus on mental health.
