Sharon is the inaugural conjoint Professor of Allied Health between Griffith University and Gold Coast Health. Sharon has previously worked at the University of Oxford, where she was Course Director for the MSc in Evidence-Based Health Care. Sharon’s research is focused on three major streams; (1) the active integration of current research in clinical practice (2) building research skills and capacity in healthcare clinicians (3) promoting interprofessional learning and teamwork. In her current position, she designs and evaluates strategies to promote the research knowledge and engagement of allied health clinicians.
