Biography

Dr Jenna McWilliam is a registered organisational psychologist and Head of Organisational Development at Triple P International. Jenna has extensive international experience providing both strategic and operational direction on human capital, organisational development, implementation and systems change. In her work with Triple P International Jenna consults with government and non-government organisations globally to support effective community and organisational change through the implementation of evidence-based programs. Since 2011 Jenna has overseen the development and management of the Triple P Implementation Framework and Triple P International’s implementation consultation services. Jenna’s research interests focus on the role of implementation science in enhancing the impact of evidence-based programs and on the role of purveyor organisations in helping to bridge the research to practice gap in both evidence-based practice and implementation science.
