Biography
Tamara Lotfi, MD, MPH
Tamara is the Coordinator of the Global Evidence Synthesis Initiative (GESI) Secretariat hosted by the Center for Systematic Reviews on Health Policy and Systems Research (SPARK) at AUB. She was a research fellow at the CRI and a research associate at AUB FHS. She is a medical doctor (2013) and has completed her Master’s in Public Health concentrating in Epidemiology & Biostatistics (2016). She has led and co-authored systematic reviews, overviews of reviews and observational studies. Her research interests are in clinical epidemiology, health management and policy, public health and practice guideline development. She has contributed to the development of guidelines for health related services in rehabilitation for the WHO.
