#89 - A mixed methods systematic review of barriers and facilitators to implementation of menu labelling policies
Biography
Claire is a PhD scholar on the HRB SPHeRE (Structured Population Health and Health Services Research Education) Programme. She is also a registered dietitian with over 15 years’ experience working in clinical and public health settings. Claire currently contributes to teaching and supervision at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has received many honours and awards, including the appointment as Honorary Clinical Fellow of the School of Medicine at NUI Galway and winner of Student Project of the Year at the Irish Medical Times Annual Healthcare Awards. Claire holds a primary degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics and a Master’s degree in Health Promotion. Her research interests include implementation and evaluation of interventions addressing nutrition and obesity.
