Scaling a program while maintaining quality and outcomes is easier said than done. Drawing on more than a dozen years of experience, Dr. DeRosier will describe the latest technologies to reduce costs and increase efficiency of quality and outcomes monitoring and data-driven continuous quality improvement (CQI). She will present a roadmap of the steps needed to package a program for cost-effective, time-efficient, and high quality implementation at scale.

Biography
Dr. Melissa DeRosier is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder and CEO of 3C Institute in Durham, North Carolina, USA. Over the past 25 years, Dr. DeRosier has served as Principal Investigator on more than 40 federally funded research projects to increase our understanding of how to effectively use technologies to advance social, emotional, and behavioral health. She has worked with researchers and interventionists across the globe to develop and test software applications for online professional development; interactive and game-based direct service interventions for children, adolescents, and adults; and digital assessment and reporting systems. Dr. DeRosier obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of NC at Chapel Hill. She completed her clinical internship at George Washington University and a post-doctoral fellowship in Mental Health Services Research at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry department of Duke University Medical Center.
