Biography
Patricia Rogers is Professor of Public Sector Evaluation at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government. She has an international reputation for her contributions to evaluation theory and practice, especially around developing and using program theory to guide planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, and addressing complication and complexity. She is the Director of BetterEvaluation, an international collaboration to improve evaluation by co-creating and sharing information about choosing and using evaluation methods and processes.

Biography
Penny Hawe is Professor of Public Health at the Menzies Centre for Health Policy and The Australian Prevention Partnership Centre, University of Sydney. She was formerly director of the International Collaboration on Complex Interventions. Her work focuses on complex system-level interventions in population health, and understanding how effects occur in complex systems.

Biography
A psychologist by training, Dr Tim Moore is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Community Child Health at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne. He heads a small team with responsibility for monitoring, reviewing and synthesising research literature on a wide range of topics relating to child development, family functioning and service systems. He has been the principal writer on numerous Centre for Community Child Health reviews, reports and policy briefs, many of which have had a significant impact on policy and practice, nationally and internationally. He is also a frequent keynote and workshop presenter.
