Biography
Daniel Ortega is head of the Impact Evaluation Department at CAF, which is currently conducting over 50 impact evaluation projects in Latin America. Daniel has published academic work in development economics, crime and education. He is an economist and holds a PhD in economics from the University of Maryland.
