Biography
Shantai Croisdale currently holds an Executive Manager role within VACCA, a leading Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation to Victoria. In this role she is overseeing the development and implementation of an evaluation framework across the organisation to gather evidence of existing programs and document our evidence informed programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities.
Over a career of 20 years Shantai has worked in a range of positions within the child and family welfare sector. Commencing her career as a child protection practitioner she has since held a range of senior project positions within Government and the community service sector with a focus on submissions for funding, co-design of services, implementation of services and sector reform.
