Biography
Robyn Tan is a Research Fellow with the Social Service Research Centre at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Her research interests include studying the implementation of programmes, policies or interventions in real world service and policy settings. She is also interested in applying theory-driven evaluation to social interventions, particularly, the use of realist evaluation to understand what works, for whom, and under what conditions. She has a PhD in Development, Policy and Management from the University of Manchester, UK.
