Biography

I am an Argentinean sociologist with a Masters in Public Policy and Administration and a Masters in Social Policy and Development at the London School of Economics. I have a vast professional experience at the development and education fields in a developing country (Argentina). I worked at UNICEF for more than 4 years as a Education consultant in the implementation of projects in alliance with national, provincial and local governments, as well as NGOs and think tanks, in order to ensure children and adolescents’ rights were being accomplished. Since the end of 2015, I have been working as the National Evaluation Director at the National Ministry of Education. I was responsible for the design and implementation of the national learning assessment in Argentina, APRENDER at the National Ministry of Education. This was a huge challenge for my carreer and I gained many skills. In the first place, I coordinated the assessment strategy all over the country, considering it’s a federal education system, with 24 subsystems. As well as this, me and my team designed and implemented a capacity building programme in order to enhance evaluation capacities in the different provinces.
