Biography

Peta Nichol has 25 years' experience in family support, child protection, and Domestic and Family Violence program design and delivery, with over 16 of these in leadership roles. Peta holds qualifications in Psychology, and has a specific interest in motivation and sustainable behaviour change. Justin Elstob, Programs Manager for Save the Children, has over 15 years' experience in program management, design and monitoring, supporting implementation both within Australia and Internationally. This includes oversight of Domestic and Family Violence refuges and Early Intervention support programs. Justin holds Bachelor and Masters of International Relations. Marg Stott has a background in Psychology with broad experience in implementing evidence-based practices in Government and NGO's. Her work has focused on the implementation of programs in child wellbeing and Domestic and Family Violence. In her role with CEI, Marg conducts practice design and coaching, and is highly skilled in demonstrating the practical application of techniques to help others improve their practice. Dr Lauren Hodge is an Advisor for Implementation at the Centre for Evidence and Implementation, with 10 years' experience in evaluating and delivering programs in school and community practice-based settings. She specialises in evidence-informed program design, planning and implementation within child-wellbeing and family support services.
