Biography
Pauline Ho is an Associate Director at Evidence for Learning and oversees the program development, evaluation and strategic leadership of the Learning Impact Fund. Pauline has over 15 years of experience in teaching, research and evaluation in education and health. She was co-author on the Longitudinal Teacher Education Workforce Study (LTEWS) and oversaw several federal and state-funded projects including the Evaluation of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Her work primarily focused on strategic program development, measurement and solutions implementation. Her PhD thesis examines the impact of policy and curriculum on the outcomes of educationally disadvantaged students, recognised for several fellowship awards.
