#247 - Understanding research capacity building among allied health clinicians: a systematic review to identify effective strategies.
Biography
Professor Sharon Mickan is the Professor of Allied Health jointly appointed by Gold Coast Health and Griffith University in Queensland. Her research interests include translating research knowledge for use in clinical care and health service improvement. She facilitates the understanding and implementation of research in clinical practice. She is currently working in allied health and evidence-based health care communities, developing and supervising research and teaching. She uses mixed methodologies to better understand how individuals and organisations change, and is curious about the added impact of effective leaders and great teams.
